GSISには2019年の8月に4年生からお世話になることになりました。
GSIS初日から,
それまで2年間通っていたインター校とはまったく違った、暖かい雰囲気で
迎えていただき、とても安心した事を思い出します。
校長先生が敬意を持って生徒の事を中心に運営してくれているのが
この1年を通して伝わって来ました。
学校の規模もうまく生徒に目が行き届くちょうどいいサイズに感じます。
と言うのも、先生が一人一人の生徒の特徴をよく見てくれて、よく知っているし、
保護者からの個人的な話もよく聞いてくれて、さらに学校と保護者との連絡も
スムーズなので、対応が速く柔軟なことにいつも驚かされています。
とりわけインター校の先生がバンコクで自分のプライベートな時間を使って算数の
補習を丁寧にやってくれるなんて夢のようでした。
勉強だけではなく、他人を尊重したり、勇気の意味を考えたりする課題を
通して、人間的にもお友達と一緒に成長してきた1年を振り返って、
GSISに出会えてよかったなと息子とよく話しています。

My son Yuta joined GSIS in August 2019 as a P4 student.
He went to school in Japan for 1st grade, then came to Bangkok and went to an American school for 2nd and 3rd grade.
On the first day when I talked with Khun Orasa, I felt the warm welcome and brilliant school cultures based on respect for others.
I have been always impressed that GSIS teachers have a warm heart, are student centered and have a supporting attitude. They have even spent their private time to encourage Yuta and and teach him throughout the year.
Communication between teachers and parents seems extremely smooth.
Teachers and school respond quickly and accurately to my various requests.
They know each student’s needs very well.
As a result not only has Yuta improved in Math but also started talking about the importance of honesty, generosity, kindness, courage etc.
He has been growing up a lot as a wise young boy in this one year.
Thank you for the wonderful educational ideas and the lifetime school experience.
I feel safe and confident as I see Yuta getting better day by day in GSIS.
