March 18, 2020

The school would like to thank everyone in our school community for their continuing support during this most difficult COVID-19 crisis. We hope we can remain, safely, in school to learn together but if required we will be able to deliver the very best in online learning.

In any case, whether at school, in public, or at home, we strongly urge our students to develop basic personal hygiene habits such as washing hands frequently with soap and water, not sharing drinking cups or straws, keeping hands/fingers out of nose and mouth, and covering mouth when coughing or sneezing.

Here are some recommendations on how to stay healthy from the Thai Ministry of Education:

  • Drink room temperature water – all dispenser at school will have room temperature water
  • Avoid raw foods
  • Using separate eating and drinking utensils.
  • Avoid sharing items of personal hygiene (e.g. towels, washers and toothbrushes) and clothing (particularly shoes and socks)
  • Wear a mask in public places
  • Teach children about cough and sneeze etiquette, immediate disposal of tissues, and to wash hands afterwards

Thank you again for your continued support and faith in the Glory community.
